We help industry sectors, professions and leaders interpret emerging workforce, regulatory, and organisational changes.
Our Approach
At enscarp, we help industry sectors, professions and leaders interpret emerging workforce, regulatory and organisational changes and translate them into meaningful insight and/or practical action.
Industry Sector Guidance
Through keynotes, panels and industry forums we help sectors interpret emerging workforce risks, regulatory developments and organisational challenges. This work brings system-level insight into industry conversations about how work is changing.
Example:
In a keynote delivered at a legal conference, enscarp provided a practical lens on psychosocial risk as a contemporary legal, governance and workforce issue. The session unpacked regulatory developments, highlighted where implementation commonly breaks down, and outlined how organisations can move beyond policy toward effective controls in the work system.
Strategic Policy Insight
Drawing on organisational psychology and practical experience working within government, regulator and organisations, we contribute insight to policy, regulation and sector guidance discussions at national and international levels.
Example:
For example, we have contributed expert insight to international policy discussions on psychosocial risk management and to the development of international guidance supporting regulatory approaches to mental health at work.
Executive Leadership Support
We support senior leaders through executive coaching and interim leadership support.
Our executive coaching provides a confidential space for leaders to reflect on complex organisational challenges, strengthen their leadership approach, and work through difficult decisions. Coaching may also include interpretation and debriefing of psychometric assessments to support deeper insight into leadership style and organisational impact.
Where organisations require additional capability, we can also provide interim or short-term leadership support, stepping into caretaker management roles during periods of transition or change. In these roles we contribute directly to organisational decision-making, governance, and operational leadership.
Example:
For example, in a recent executive coaching engagement, enscarp supported a senior leader through a structured, evidence-informed coaching program grounded in the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Way forward). Coaching provided a confidential space to clarify meaningful goals, examine the current operating context, generate practical options, and commit to a clear way forward—strengthening decision-making, communication, and leadership impact in a complex organisational environment.
Organisational Psychology Professional Development
We contribute to the development of the organisational psychology profession through supervision, professional forums and leadership within professional bodies.
This includes Board-approved supervision for provisional and registrar organisational psychologists, as well as targeted professional development for practitioners working in complex organisational contexts.
We also support initiatives that strengthen the profession’s capability, visibility and influence.
Example:
enscarp provides Board-approved supervision for organisational psychology registrars and provisional psychologists undertaking a Masters of Organisational Psychology.
